Home Modification and Repair Services
The Housing and Home Improvement department at Resources for Seniors assists with health and safety modifications in your home, such as adding a wheelchair ramp or grab bars.
Qualified licensed subcontractors and skilled volunteer craftsmen provide a variety of minor health and safety-related repairs and aid to Wake County residents age 60 or older (some programs differ). Recipients of these services are asked to pay a portion of the cost based on their household income.
We may be able perform more major home repairs and renovations by partnering with local, state, and federally funded programs that we have been entrusted to administer.
