  • Handrails are NOT available. Only grab bars can be installed.
  • Grab bars CANNOT be installed into fiberglass walls.
  • Clients less than 60 years old are NOT eligible.

This form is intended to facilitate the referral process  to the Home Improvement Department in order to specifically receive assistance with ramps, grab bars, and/or water heaters. The minimum eligible age requirement is 60 years old.
